Kiki noun. Definition: An assembly or meeting, especially one held for the specific purpose of gossiping or chit-chat. "Let's have a kiki!"

Follow my new healthy eating plan, mainly raw fruit, veg and salad. 80% Raw natural foods either in their natural state or juiced blended. Accompanied by a small portion of whatever I’ve cooked for the family at lunch and dinner time.

My juicer broke. Going from 6 years sitting in the back of my cupboard, to being used everyday for 4 weeks… it died. R.I.P juicer 🙁
2 days went by as I researched new machines, my skin broke out and energy levels dropped. Hubby surprised me with a NurtiBullet! Yay! Admittedly, it’s taken me a while to get used it it. I’ve been juicing and downing creations that may not have tasted that great, but were easy to drink. The Bullet blends ingredients, so the pulp, and therefore fibre rich bits, remain. So it’s a bit harder to drink, however, I feel fuller for longer. Which, is probably better in terms of what i’m trying to do. Which is have a juice smoothie for breakfast.

So here’s my first FAV attempt of a great tasting NutriBullet Smoothie.

I’ve started my day with this great tasting smoothie. The ingredients are easy to find, cleared up my skin and kept me energised for the entire morning. More recipes to come. #EatRaw2Score
