Freedom Makeup London Pro Palette Naked & Reds

Freedom Makeup London Pro Palette Naked & Reds

“You know those times when you wish you could own a plethora of Lipstick, save room and also have them for cheap as chips? (Or rather leave enough change so you can buy a bag of chips too…Oink game strong.) Well, these guys might have you covered”

It goes without saying that right now – lips are barely worn…well, bare. The multitude of lip products on market right now are staggering, mostly awash with lip kits from Kylie Cosmetics, Kat Von D, Jeffree Star and the like. But for myself, firstly to obtain these I’d end up with custom charges falling out of my backside, secondly for a cash strapped mom they don’t come cheap despite how glorious they look, And thirdly? The amount I want (no, need) would take up drawer upon drawer upon drawer space.

So where’s the alternative? And of course the money saving!

Well, these little bad boys by Freedom Makeup London seem to be the ticket! I myself own the ‘reds’ and ‘naked’ palette – I’ll add I obtained these from a competition win – and I’m super impressed with them! Each palette contains 24 shades, consisting of 16 sheer shades and 8 matte shades so you can ‘switch it up’ now and again. Each palette is really nice and compact, the packaging isn’t garish, nor too outlandish but it really does serve its purpose well. Also? It’d be a great little take along for any make up enthusiasts/artists out there (you pretty much have a lipstick rainbow to your disposal)

And dare I mention their price? £10 a palette! 10 SQUID! (Prices correct as of 10/04/2017)

As for consistency? They took my breath away. When I read ‘sheer’ I initially thought these guys would be like a tinted lip balm but I stand corrected! They are nicely pigmented lipsticks and the mattes are just as amazing!

If you prefer a lipstick as opposed to a matte lip, seriously invest in these guys! They honestly are amazing in quality for the price. But if you prefer a real Stick to your lips and never come off Matte lip, these won’t satisfy that itch – but they’re handy to have for any looks that require a nice sheen to the pout and of course making your own lip shade is a doddle with them!

I’m super impressed and I’ll be looking to invest more in Freedom’s range for sure (which are part of the TAM group alongside my faves Makeup Revolution!)

You can purchase the Naked and Red palettes here-  ‘Naked‘ & ‘Reds

They’re also available in most Superdrug stores.

In the meantime, see you around beauties!

Zara loves all things make up and beauty. When she’s not drooling over makeup stalls and things that she cannot afford, she’s usually slummy mummy-ing around with her two kids (and her big kid husband). She also spends her days abusing most Snapchat filters, admittedly much more than any person humanly should… oh dear!

I myself own the Noir lipstick palette – I did ponder over whether I should get the Reds and Naked – mmmh… You’re making me want them now ! I think I’ll probably get the Reds cause there seem to be super dark shades in there and I’m a sucker for super dark shades… (which is why, obviously I got the Noir palette haha !).
I love your blog by the way – it’s different from what I’m used to seeing on the Internet – keep that great work going ! 😀
