Ingredients:
1 Green apple
2 Carrots
2 Celery sticks
Ginger
A handful of Kale
1/4 Cucumber
1 Tomato

Ingredients benefits:

Celery- Reduces inflammation, natural stress reliever, aids digestion, lowers blood pressure, reduces bad cholesterol and can combat cancer.
